MEET THE FOUNDER

Our founder, Osian Williams, has worked in the Education & Sport sector for the past 25 years. Initially starting as a tennis coach at the age of 16, Osian went on to graduate in Sports Coaching in Cardiff, and worked as an award winning Tennis Development Officer in Pembrokeshire. In 2006 he became the Principal PE & Sport Officer for Conwy until 2023.

Osian's achievements include.....

1. Speaker at the World Physical Literacy Conference in Vancouver, Canada, 2016

2. Member of the Welsh Government Physical Literacy Expert Group, advising on the new National Curriculum.

3. Pembrokeshire achieving Local Authority of the Year by the LTA in 2006.

Osian has special interests in developing a whole child physical literacy approach to sport, and also long term athlete development models for sporting excellence.
